Funky Buddha Lounge & Brewery in Boca Raton

I’m just sitting at a Brazilian place in Naples Fl and had my first Funky Buddha, what a great beer

This place is pretty huge. I was shocked by how much seating there was. This is a family friendly place as well with games outside. The location is cool because it is right by the train tracks so you can be entertained by the wicked fast Brightlines whizzing by. I'm not a beer drinker an I could tell the bartender was unimpressed by my lack of knowledge of craft beer. I was disappointed that they only had 1 cider and that it was just a basic apple one ,so I got the black cherry soda to go with my pretzel. The pretzel was hot, huge and tasted homemade. I wish it were a little softer; I think it was overcooked. The cheese is thick and I think it has chopped veggies mixed inside for texture and flavor. Next time I will try the burger. I did taste the pineapple beer and the coffee flavored beer from a friend and they actually had a complex, robust flavors that were impressive. I can see why everyone loves this spot.

This is a really fun brewery to visit in Oakland Park. They have a nice collection of their own beers from light to very heavy. You may also want to consider a sampler. I personally preferred some of the lighter beers. You can also order food which is a separate process which is somewhat annoying but nonetheless you go order on your own. There is a separate order and pick up area for the food. The sausages are pretty good as is the pretzel which is very good. You can also eat outside and watch the train zoom by if so inclined. A nice experience.

Decent local brewery with some pretty tasty beer. The bar could honestly use another server as it seems the brewery is always busy in the evenings. Pleasant atmosphere and delicious bites to go with the brew. What more could you ask for?

We have been dozens of times. Always a great place for a drink. For those with kids you won't be alone! Until around 7pm there are lots of parents with children there. Us included.

My husband and I love this place. I really love that there are more and more brewery's popping up with bars and games. The food and beer selection here is awesome. Great place to hang out and unwind.

Cool place to spend a few hours after work, get your drinks or merch in the front, food and games in the back. They have a private room as well to book for parties or events. Food is good, menu is full of options. My only gripe is that the beer itself, although it's craft, costs way too much, some of these pints can set you back up to $30, and sometimes it seems like you can get the same product at resellers like Drizzly or ABC w&s for less, as if they pump up the prices at the Funky Buddha brewery itself, which is ridiculous.

Super awesome local spot! Great place for pretty much any occasion! I enjoy coming here to unwind and destress. The environment is really chill, the drinks are unique and delicious, they have games, tasty food.... What's not to like? Highly recommend coming here!

Absolutely wonderful! Great videos, excellent decor, feels like you're right out of a magazine. Food is great and the staff fantastic. I have been back multiple times. Ask for Jeff the manager of the restaurant if you have any issues. His customer service is one of akind and why I will give this place 5 stars.

Open during 'the craziness' but no bar seating. Gotta wear the mask when you're standing or walking, but you can take it off when seated. Large main seating area with a plethora of other nooks and crannies to choose from. Their beer is always good and they have a wide variety of styles and seltzer. Good food menu as well. The location right next to the train tracks was an interesting choice....its pretty loud when one chugs past but a terrific overall experience 👌

Great people, great beer, great tour. Just wish I had gone prior to this trip. The staff and guide Nick were fun and knowledgeable. Would have like to try all the beers but duty calls.

Fun place with great beer and food! Went on a Tuesday, where they happen to have a burger special. Best deal in town - check it out! The beers are wonderful, and they have a great selection of specialty and seasonal brews that aren't available elsewhere. Definitely give some of these a try.

This place has really gone downhill. What used to be my favorite Florida brewery has become another corporate brew house. The beer has lost its soul sadly. What used to taste like passion and creativity is cookie cutter extract brewing. Aside the kitchen can’t even handle a limited menu. Somehow serving cold food from a walk up window. When a food order is wrong you should just re-fire instead of trying to salvage already cooked food and making it inedible. Coach, correct, and then move forward.

Loved the atmosphere. Loved the beer. Loved the food. Bathrooms were clean. We're tourists and we would 100% would return and would 10/10 recommend to travellers.

Great beer and atmosphere, food is ok. They have a schedule of events at this venue and it is worth keeping up with. Lots of room to share, high tables, bar seats, regular tables, outdoor and indoors.

We love coming here! Fantastic beers, delicious food, and great service. Our dogs were enthusiastically welcomed by staff members who quickly gave them treats and water. Big tap list, big tasty menu, lots of comfy places to sit with your group, lots of bar games, cool vibe and decor, attracts a great crowd. We're looking forward to the next time we can return.

Funky Buddha has excellent service, great food and the beer is really neat! They nail the flavors. Make sure you want to try exotic flavors to go here! What you read is what you get. Pineapple beach is the best!

Not a a true craft beer brewery (bought by Corona recently) but they do have a large selection of beers to please any palate.

This is definitely a good spot to spend a Saturday night! their sampler is 10 bucks and you taste 5 beers also! Their food is pretty good! I loved the cheese plate!

If you want great service and great food this is the place to be! So stoked because I will be coming back for my birthday! Their wings is a definite must try! Oh even their burgers absolutely fantastic! And most importantly the BEER the taste is phenomenal!!! Thank you very much!

Enjoyed my visit to the Fubky Buddha Brewery. This location is the actual brewery. I recommend getting the 'burger and a beer's special for $12. You can also buy beer and other merchandise to go. Very much enjoyed the cheeseburger. Funky Buddha is one of South FL's great microbreweries.

Every time I visit Florida I come back to the Funky Budda. Great beer, great staff, amazing food. Thank you Mike for your attention in helping guide us in the right direction to finding the perfect choice in brews! Favorites? The Florian, Hop Gun, Sticky Nuts, doc brown, and the key lime was almost as good as the blueberry cobbler. Hard to leave with just a few to go!!

Funky Buddha has stepped up its game during the pandemic. Tables are spaced far apart. Lots of outdoor seating. Excellent service. Separate entrance and exit lanes to reduce traffic congestion coming in and out of the restaurant. They closed off the bar area, but still have plenty of great beers on tap. Loved the eggplant fries and pretzel. My server recommended the perfect IPA to go with each. Would definitely return.

This brewery was awesome. They have some pretty crazy beers. Peanut butter and jelly, apple cinnamon, and maple bacon porter. Major props on the insane creativity here. The tour was also really fun.

Went on a Friday night and this place was hopping. ;) wish the weather would have been nicer so the big doors could be open. There are some board games provided and a few big tables where you could play. Food menu was lackluster. Typical bar menu but nothing sounded tempting. It was a decent stop on our FLL night out. Beers were good but overall there are some better places.

The food is amazing, beer is always good and cold. Frank, the tour guide my girlfriend and I had was very knowledgeable, personable and friendly. He provided us with a pleasant tour of the brewery and after a point even offered to take pictures of us. Would highly recommend getting a tour with him!

If you haven’t at least seen this place - you haven’t seen what Fort Lauderdale /Oakland Park has to offer. It’s such an interesting space. Bring your doggy because they have plenty of outdoor seating. Do you like to collect coasters? Well you’re barking up the right tree with this Funky Buddha!

As a wedding planner and someone who was also in the wedding party, Katie and her team made me feel so relaxed and confident that I could sit back and enjoy my time at the wedding. They had everything covered & also accepted when I stepped in to assist! They went above and beyond to ensure the couple felt like a King & Queen as well as made every guest feel special. I would HIGHLY recommend to couples that are looking for a unique venue to check out Funky Buddha Brewery. From the attentive staff to the delicious food and brews, Funky Buddha is a hidden gem in South Florida!

Had a great Sunday evening at the Funky Buddha Brewery! We took a tour a learned much about the brewing process. Kudos to our guide, Frank, for keeping the information fresh and lively. We will definitely go back!

I mean..who doesn't want to stop at a place called Funky Buddha? Space was roomy with lots of seating and recreation options. Cool, fun, laid back vibe. Beers were all top notch with a few really creative flavor profiles. In love with the Sticky Nuts (that sounds crazy awkward when reading it back 🤣). Bottle that and ship it to KS Mr Buddha!

Although I am not much of a beer drinker, I went with my husband who had been there in the past. From the start I liked the space and parking was easy across the street.Although I cannot comment on the beers other than my husband likes them, what I can talk about is the food. OMG! I don't know why the food is not more raved about. We had the beet salad, yuca tater tots and the wings.Besides the fact that the food is super well priced, the taste is out of this world. This is not your typical bar food. A total must even for those who do not drink beer. Will go back many many more times.

This is a beautiful brewery and a VERY large one. There is quite a variety of beers, sure to please anyone who visit - from the Floridian Hefeweizen to the Maple Bacon Coffee Porter and all extremes in between. The beers are very good but I don't find any specific style that I would label World-Class, however, It's a very cool place to hang out with friends and drink to good times! Worth a trip to enjoy!

Great selection of beers. I have been a funky Buddha fan for a while. This was my first trip to the brewery. Cool place with a nice vibe. The S’more to Love porter was delicious.

Your “Floridian” beer tastes like someone threw up in the barrel before bottling. Your other beers aren’t bad. Just that one, which is insulting to every Floridian living.

Nice big space. Good music. Kind servers. Good prices. TERRIBLE beer. We tried 7 of them and all but one were completely intolerable. Unconventional, abhorrent food. Too salty and under seasoned at the same time. Poor concept of flavor in each dish we ordered. We walked away with stomach aches.

Grabbed a bunch of Crowlers to bring home for friends...it was awesome. The customer service was awesome, and the brews were top notch. Can't wait to visit again.

I had a really nice experience in this brewery! They have a wide variety of beers and the perfect meals that go with them. The waiters are not very kind but the service is fast and the place is comfortable to hang out.

Coming from the home of New Belgium and Odell’s aka Colorado. Funky Buddha did not disappoint. From The huge tap room with the Murals on the wall and the amazing bartenders who were very knowledgeable about each and every beer. It was like being home.

Super bad experience. The waiter was a very rude and racist American. I am an American citizen, although it has a Latin appearance. I do not recommend this place. Never return to that place of racists.

What an incredibly nice place! The staff were polite and attentive, the food is very good, and the beers exceptional. Honestly not enough can be said about how incredibly nice and professional the staff were. It's a very cool space and a perfect stop if you are in the area.

Great place to catch the game or try some local brews. Get there for lunch and stay for a few with brew tours and flights galore it is a great place.
